Josh has been an artist all his life and has been drawing since the time he could pick up a pen. He then began as a musician by playing trumpet at age 10 and playing guitar at age 15 where he started writing music for the first time. He is most known throughout the electronic music community for playing in the full on electronic band called Init String and has been a producing electronic music since 1997. Josh is also a well known DJ in the Austin community known for throwing down dirty electro house and psy trance. He is also the founder of Anomaly witch he started in 2007 when he moved to Austin Texas to promote events featuring electronic music and stunning visual art.

Josh has also done various other projects including creating interactive multimedia environments using projectors, video feedback with a combination of software/hardware manipulation in real time. His interactive multimedia environments have been exhibited in numerous galleries such as the Modern Art Museum in Ft. Worth, other private held galleries around dfw, outside open air festivals and clubs. These environments are known for their interactivity where patrons can play with the video in realtime and see how their participation in fact creates the visual environments. He also spent a number of years creating interactive visuals for his band Init String that was synchronized with the music he created. This led to multiple VJ (Visual Jockey) gigs where he featured his audio/video driven visuals to multiple audiences around the US at various electronic music events under the name Digital Orgasm Theatre.

Other projects include the various theme camps he helped create and execute at the largest Burningman regional called Burning Flipside. The latest creation was a theme camp called "It's Your Birthday Camp" where its always your birthday. He created a vagina water slide called the Slip n Snatch where new borns slide down a 5 foot birth canal into the water, get spanked by camp members and fed cake. He also created an event for the creek called the Warrior Sperm Joust where he created large pugit sticks shaped like sperm much like the joust on American Gladiators for people to compete against each other with. Other camps include Temporary Arbituartry Cult where members are indocterated into a cult looking for their messiah, passing out tracks with cult lititure, prophecies and a messiah application on the back to see if YOU are our messiah. Josh created the lititure tracks that were passed out along with creating the gateway to the fessad using flourocent paint lit up with black lights. This was a picture of Zarthon who was the cult's alien leader and founder.

Josh has now moved on to doing events with an additive creativity to it rather then just music although music is still a hardcore principal to the experience.
